Our shipments are handled by the shipping carrier Estafeta and Fedex.

5. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $1,299 MXN. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. Delivery Times

In-stock orders: will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Pre-orders: the shipping time will be specified in the product description and may vary between 10 and 15 business days.
7. Payment Methods
We accept payments through Shopify's Shop Pay, which allows purchases with credit and debit cards, as well as electronic payments and bank transfers (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and compatible bank transfers).

8. Taxes
All items listed in Marela Store include the corresponding VAT (IVA) applicable in Mexico.

9. Returns and Refunds
A refund to the original payment method can be requested only in the following cases:

The product is mistakenly listed as in stock, and Marela cannot fulfill the shipment.
The product has manufacturing defects.

Marela is not financially responsible for damage or loss caused by the shipping carrier, though we will provide all possible assistance to resolve the situation.

If the product does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, we offer a refund in the form of store credit via an exclusive code.
In the event of a size or color exchange where the desired item is not available, we will issue you a code with the corresponding store credit to be used at your convenience.

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns:
The product must be in the same condition as it was received: with no signs of use, stains, odors, scratches, or any other damage. Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Timeline for Requesting Returns:
15 calendar days from the date the item was received.

Exceptions:
No exchanges or returns on sale items.
