We currently sell women's footwear in various styles and sizes.

2. What sizes do you carry?
At the moment, we carry whole sizes from 23 to 27 cm (Mexican system), which are roughly equivalent to US sizes 6 to 10.

3. How do I know my size?
We recommend measuring the insole of a shoe that fits you comfortably and comparing the measurement in centimeters with our size guide.

4. How do I use the Size Guide?
To find your ideal size, measure the insole of a shoe you normally wear, from toe to heel, and then find that measurement in our chart.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order has been shipped, the carrier typically takes 3 to 7 business days to deliver it, depending on your location and the shipping service selected.
You will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Yes. When we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number via email or social media message so you can monitor the delivery process.
